For Landlords
It is a legal requirement for landlords to have annual Gas Safety Checks on their properties every 12 months.
Our Gas Engineers work with landlords, helping them with their legal obligation to keep tenants safe.
We can liaise with the landlord or contact the tenant to book a convenient time to visit the property to carry out thorough checks on every gas appliance in the property.
We supply landlords with a gas safety certificate (CP12) to evidence the checks and a quotation for any remedial works required.
As a landlord, it is your legal duty to share this certificate with new tenants moving in, or existing tenants within 28 days of the Gas Safety Check.
For Homeowners
To give you extra peace of mind your gas appliances are still working as they should, without omitting any dangerous gases, we offer our customers a thorough Gas Safety Inspection.
Our Gas Safe registered engineer will visit your home at a convenient time to suit you. Every gas appliance will be checked to identify problems or early signs of issues.
We will then let you know if we find any issues and provide you with the right solution to rectify them.
We will then provide you with a gas safety certificate (CP12) to prove the gas safety check and our findings.
